Why is imported audio in my track empty and not loading?

As a Free user, you can save tracks that contain audio from our free sound library, but you won’t be able to save recorded or imported audio. If you open a saved track and the audio files aren't loading, you're likely on a plan that doesn't support recorded and imported audio.
